Established for Holiday Lettings in April 2018, the house has been recently redecorated inside and out and boasts hard flooring in the kitchen/dining/living room as well as the ground floor bedrooms. The house sits over 3 floors (137.5m² / 1481 ft²).
Ground Floor
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom has an en-suite and faces the sea view, with built in wardrobes. The back bedroom has French windows onto the patio into the spacious rear garden. The Garden Back Bedroom benefits a guest bed that is stored under the divan superking, suitable for a child with a freestanding wardrobe. The bedrooms have hard floors and the Utility and Bathroom is tiled.
There is also a utility room has a washing machine and extra fridge. Water is very hard in the area and there is also a water softener that softens the water for the house apart from the Utility Room.
First Floor
On the 1st floor there is an open plan living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with hard floors.
The kitchen features NEFF ovens, wine/drinks fridge, under the counter fridge and separate freezer. Cupboards/ draws are fully equipped with utensils for every occasion, there is also a toaster, kettle and De'Longhi Bean to Cup coffee machine for the coffee connoisseur.
The Dining Table seats 6 and up to 8 if extended. One Ikea high chair is available.
The Living Room boasts a Corner Sofa to relax and watch TV (EE TV and DVD), and a Leather sofa opposite to take in the view.
There is also a balcony off the living area to take in the lovely view with a Sundowner Gin and Tonic whilst watching the sun set behind Bournemouth, with Bistro table and Chairs. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
Second Floor
Carpeted stairs lead up to the 2nd floor, a mezzanine bedroom with en-suite shower room, the mezzanine bedroom also features a single sofa bed suitable for a child. Built in wardrobes.
Bed details
Each bedroom has beds that can either be superking or twins, so please specify what suits your stay. The extra child beds allow the property to sleep up to 8, the extra beds do involve an additional charge.
A travel cot is available with mattress, no bedding is provided for this.
All bedrooms have smart / DVD TV's.
Outside
The front garden is laid to grass with a patio, The Private Back Garden is secure for dogs, with a lawn and patio, Dining table and chairs for 6 and BBQ (gas provided).
Parking
The house has use of a garage and ONE parking space outside the garage (2 cars maximum). There is an EV charger which can be used subject to discussion and fee.
It's good to know
We include some Tea and Coffee (instant and beans), dishwasher tablets and provide a "Welcome Pack" full of goodies as well as a "Long stay Car Park clock" for use in The New Forest Car Parks.
There is a 3.7 KW EV Charger in the garage that can be used for a fee, please ask for details. There is also a MER high speed charger in the car park about 100m away.
